Check out this monster I just made myself. Fried egg, white mushrooms, avocado, old cheddar and a hint of djion on some toasted buns. Also, I stuff the meat with blue cheese. It was majestic. It was a sloppy time trying to eat it, and I’m not even sorry.
Trying a new roll tonight.
Went for sushi on a double date. Lots of tempura rolls! Delish.
